Overview
This CST masterclass will develop your understanding of
what building a digital strategy for your trust involves and the considerations
around structuring, resourcing and embedding it.
The course shows how digital strategy is rooted in the
wider context of your trust growth or development strategy and aligns to your
values as an organisation. It will offer a model for strategy development that
will explore four pillars of digital transformation - technology and infrastructure; data and insight; privacy and data security; and ed tech and innovation - and how they interconnect. It will consider how and when to
engage your board in this process and highlight the cultural challenges in
translating your strong strategic intent into the delivery of successful and
impactful digital initiatives across your trust.
