Leadership at Apple

Tailored strategy events for trust leaders

Trust leaders can gain powerful insights from spending time with successful organisations from other sectors, but rarely get the opportunity, which is why we are delighted to be collaborating with the Apple Education team to offer CST members a unique experience.

Each half term, a small group of trust leaders will be invited to Apple’s UK headquarters at Battersea Power Station, for a day of strategic conversations through the lens of Apple’s cultural landscape and values.

Participating trusts are invited to take up two places - usually the chief executive and another senior leader - to create opportunities to share thoughts specific to your own context as well as learn from others. Attending together also gives you a language and momentum with which to continue the conversation with your wider team back in your trust.

Seminar-style inputs and curated conversations across the day invite you to reflect on what it means to live your vision and values, consider your role and responsibilities as change makers, and apply fresh lenses to organisational and systemic challenges. The experience also includes a tour of Apple HQ and ends with an early informal dinner to reflect upon the day and build connections.

Previous participants have found these days uniquely valuable spaces for leadership reflection, inspiration and connection.

If you would like to attend, please drop us a line with a note of who would like to participate from your trust and why at mentoring@cstuk.org.uk
