The Government has today set out its response to the School Teachers' Review Body recommendations on teacher pay. This includes a 4% rise in teacher pay from September, with funding of £615m towards teacher and school support staff pay rises.

On Friday 21 September 2018, members voted unanimously to become the Confederation of School Trusts (CST). A total of 377 votes were cast with 100 percent being in favour of the change. Registration of CST at Companies House was confirmed on 24 September.
