All our HR solutions have been designed for the education sector and are delivered by experienced and qualified team members who are CIPD and CIPP qualified or accredited trainers in mediation, mental health first aid and safer recruitment.

What we do
Our HR advisory and consultancy service is specifically designed to provide trusts with cost-effective people management solutions and strategic advice and guidance; enabling teaching staff and education leaders to focus on what matters most – education improvement. From wellbeing support, to leadership training, we have you covered.
Our HR administration, payroll and pensions team offers creates contracts and delivers cost effective payroll and pension services. Our service is customer led, listening to our customers through regular network events and user group sessions to shape our service to meet the needs of our schools. Recruitment administration: DBS, pre-employment and social media checks are all available as well as access to an applicant tracking module.
We are a strategic partner to the Department for Education (DfE), delivering key education programmes including a Flexible Working culture change programme and School Resource Management. Free resources and support from our ambassador schools and MATs is available here
