Who we are
At NSPCC Learning, we’re experts in safeguarding, here to support you – providing you with everything you need to help you protect the children and young people you work with. We keep you up-to-date with the latest child protection policy, practice and research. We deliver expert eLearning courses and face-to-face training for your organisation and income generated from the sale of our training courses is reinvested back into the NSPCC to help protect children. We also provide bespoke consultancy and share our knowledge of what works to help you deliver services for children and families.
Everyone who comes into contact with children and young people has a responsibility to keep them safe. We’re here, by your side, to help you do that.
What we do
At NSPCC Learning we offer resources, training and consultancy to all those working with children with a focus on training for school and educational staff. Our training programmes are developed and delivered by experts to ensure your colleagues feel confident in their role. Regularly updated with the latest legislation and guidance, our cost-effective training courses are available in a range of formats to suit individual needs. From introductory courses covering basic safeguarding requirements to specialist and advanced training, our courses give you the knowledge you need to protect children now and in the future. Our safeguarding and child protection training courses will help you meet your statutory requirements and keep children safe in your school, academy or college and Our essential training packages cover crucial training needs for both primary and secondary schools.

Resources
We provide expert resources to help you with every aspect of safeguarding. From policy updates and case review briefings, to teaching resources and lesson plans, whatever sector you work in, we have everything you need to help you protect the children you work with.
Talk PANTS helps children understand that their body belongs to them through simple conversations and activities. Download our free Talk PANTS school resources, including lesson plans, classroom activities and slide presentations. Designed for early years, primary schools and children with SEND all our resources come with teaching guidance to help create a safe learning environment. Talk PANTS is in partnership with PSHE Association, ensuring the resources supplied follow best practice principles for safe and effective PSHE education.

Speak out Stay safe is a safeguarding programme for children aged 5-11 that supports school safeguarding duties. Available to all primary schools in the UK and Channel Islands, the programme is designed to help children understand all forms of abuse and how to recognise the signs. The Speak out Stay safe programme contains virtual assemblies, follow on lesson plans and face to face workshop opportunities, with additional support available via a local schools co-ordinator. The programme content links directly to curricula and is also available for SEND/ASN/ALN primary schools.

We provide bespoke consultancy, working with you and understanding your specific challenges to make sure you’re doing everything you can to protect the children you work with. Led by specialist child protection experts we will work with you to identify clear steps you can take to help your staff and organisation keep children safe and ensure safeguarding is embedded across your organisation.
