What we do

We provide high-quality strategic advice, media relations, reputation management, crisis communications, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, film production, media training, website design, branding and wider digital specialist services to the organisations we support.

While our support differs based on objectives, a snapshot of what we do for school trusts includes:

  • PR – to help build a positive reputation within each school’s community, driving up interest in admissions.
  • Thought Leadership – sharing stories with trade publications about a school trust’s deep insights, top tips and best practice, on everything from pedagogy to curriculum to policy, to help boost the trust’s reputation, demonstrating its expertise and its status as an employer of choice.
  • Reputation Management and Crisis Communications – our award-winning 24/7 crisis management support enables school trusts to respond to challenging situations as effectively and as quickly as possible.
  • Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement – we support school trusts to engage with the decision makers and policy influencers most relevant to achieving their objectives, and with communication to key stakeholders such as parents and staff, ensuring communications are clear, on message and help to manage and strengthen those vital relationships.
  • Digital Communications – from websites to social media, branding and digital marketing (for recruitment), film and prospectuses, our in-house digital team supports school trusts to present their image effectively across any medium, reaching the audience you need to reach.

How we help

The specialists in our Education Practice know school trusts – our Head of Education is herself a co-founder and chair of a school trust – so we understand the challenges, the opportunities, the ever-changing landscape – and we support the trusts we work with to navigate it all through meaningful, targeted communications and strategic advice, freeing up some of your time to focus on developing a strong trust.

There is a great story to be told about how trusts have empowered rapid, sustainable school transformation, new career opportunities for staff, and stronger teaching and learning – a narrative that provides the rationale for why the school trust sector is crucial to ensuring all children get a great education.

We help you tell your story, building and protecting a positive reputation for your trust – the better the reputation of each trust, the better the reputation of the whole sector.

We also run a mentoring programme for young people, deliver careers talks in schools and donate to education organisations through our CSR programme – we donate 5% of our net profits to charitable causes each year.
