We are the strategic people and payroll partner of choice, delivering a portfolio of people solutions to the education sector. All our HR solutions have been designed for the education sector and are delivered by experienced and qualified team members who are experts in the sector,
Our HR advisory and consultancy service is specifically designed to provide trusts with cost-effective people management solutions and strategic advice and guidance; enabling teaching staff and education leaders to focus on what matters most – education improvement.
Our People Support team offers outsourced HR administration, payroll and pension services to schools and multi-academy trusts. Our service is customer led, listening to our customers through regular network events and user group sessions to shape our service to meet the needs of our schools. Recruitment administration: DBS, pre-employment and social media checks. Access to applicant tracking module.
We are a strategic partner to the Department for Education (DfE) delivering key education programmes including Flexible Working and School Resource Management.
