Mandy Coalter is the Founder of Talent Architects, a consultancy with a simple mission; helping schools become great places to work. Talent Architects provides consultancy and advisory support to school groups, coaching and mentoring, training and events/conferences.
The former Director of People at United Learning, Mandy is now a Trustee of E-ACT, and the National Teaching Awards Trust. Mandy chairs the Large Academy Trust HR network which is affiliated with CST. She is a graduate in Law, a Fellow of the CIPD, a qualified executive coach and an NLP practitioner. Mandy is also a founding member of the Trust Inclusion partnership that specialises in developing inclusive leaders in schools.
