Rebecca Clarke serves as Director of Governance for The Circle Trust, a family of 10 and soon to be 11 schools. A solicitor with 12 years’ experience in corporate law and transactions, Rebecca is a member of the Chartered Governance Institute and a trustee of a local single academy trust. Rebecca brings a wealth of legal and governance insight and practical experience. Her work is focussed on developing and refining governance that is not only efficient and effective but sustainable, promotes school improvement, delivers robust accountability and continuously evolves in line with best practice across and beyond the sector.
