Chief executives professional community
A place for trust accounting officers to network, share, and learn.
The problems we face as a system are complex problems meaning that, unlike complicated problems, they are unlikely to be easily predictable or analysable and can rarely be solved in the sense of finished.
However, we can narrow the field of complexity and build stronger professional knowledge and expertise. This is what our chief executives professional community is aimed at doing.
It has never been more important that we build robust institutions that can respond to this complexity.
We aim to provide support and development opportunities, through a blend of expert input on key practice challenges, facilitated discussion, and networking.
The community offers a safe and supportive environment in which to develop your understanding of some of the key challenges related to leading school trusts, through:
- Termly online community meetings featuring expert voices
- Topical webinars on emerging issues
- Our community site, which connects you with trust leaders across the country through a dedicated website and mobile apps
- Community resources and blogs from our members and partners
- Priority access to our annual in-person CST CEO Leadeship Summit
Our professional communities are an integral part of CST membership, and taking part is open to all accounting officers, and those aspiring to the role.
