CST has released its 2025 salary benchmarking report in conjunction with partners Brightmine and Browne Jacobson.
Based on data from over 2800 school trust roles compiled by Brightmine, the report explores senior salary roles across trusts as well as providing comparisons with the wider public sector, charities, and business.
Participants will receive a personalised report, showing their submissions against the national picture.
CST members and survey participants can access the full survey results via a discounted licence for the Brightmine platform.
