CST has released its 2023 salary benchmarking report in conjunction with partners XpertHR and Browne Jacobson.
Back for the third year, our annual salary benchmarking survey again covers over 2,000 individuals.
Based on data from an XpertHR independent survey, a matched sample analysis found the median basic salary for CEOs increased by 5%, compared with 2022. This was a smaller increase compared with the total for all senior staff, which saw an increase of 6.3%.
The survey report also takes a detailed look, for the first time, at the COO/CFO/Operations Director role. Participants will also receive a personalised report, showing their submissions against the national picture.
