CST has released its 2025 salary benchmarking report in conjunction with partners Brightmine and Browne Jacobson.
Based on data from over 2800 school trust roles compiled by Brightmine, the report explores senior salary roles across trusts as well as providing comparisons with the wider public sector, charities, and business.
The survey has been published since 2021, giving an overview of pay in school trusts. Since 2025, we have also published a linked gender pay gap report.
