CST has released its 2024 salary benchmarking report in conjunction with partners Brightmine and Browne Jacobson.
Based on data from an Brightmine (formerly XpertHR) independent survey, the report explores senior salary roles across trusts, as well as providing comparisons across sectors.
Participants will receive a personalised report, showing their submissions against the national picture.
