On behalf of school trusts, we congratulate Bridget Phillipson on her appointment as Secretary of State for Education.
We look forward to working with her in the days and months to come as together we seek to ensure the best for our nation's children, both through the work of schools to continue improving education and in wider partnership to tackle the child poverty and mental health issues that act as unnecessary barriers for too many of our young people.
