People. Relationships. Place.

CST's communities and conferences are core to our mission to connect and support trust leaders. This year, we are creating more opportunities for connection beyond online gatherings and national events through two new regional networking initiatives across England.

Civic Dinners bring together CEOs and civic leaders from across education, health and local government to explore the opportunities and responsibilities of place-based leadership.

The Chair's Table creates a dedicated space for academy trust chairs to build relationships with peers, share experience and reflect on the unique contribution of governance leadership.

Together, these initiatives provide opportunities for deeper conversation, stronger relationships and meaningful regional connections. A natural extension of the CEO and Governance Communities, these evenings will be hosted by our community chairs, Leora Cruddas CBE and Samira Sadeghi. Each event will be a welcoming and safe space for trust leaders to come together, learn from each other and strengthen the networks that support flourishing communities.

We hope that you can join us to share perspectives, build connections, and develop your leadership beyond organisational boundaries. Places are limited to ensure each gathering remains personal, welcoming and conducive to genuine conversation.
