S2e is a specialist education estates consultancy supporting Multi-Academy Trusts to strategically manage, develop and maximise the potential of their estates.
Established in 2013 and working exclusively with academy trusts, we understand the sector’s history, challenges and opportunities. We believe in the transformational power of creating safe, warm and well-designed education estates.
We are a multidisciplinary team of chartered building surveyors, architects, engineers and health & safety specialists. Taking a whole-estate approach, we provide expert advice from long-term estate strategy through to project delivery, helping trusts create estates that support their educational vision.
