Edwin People provide a range of strategic leadership and HR services to the education sector. We build long-term, trusted relationships with senior leaders in schools and trusts, providing support across a range of issues, adding capacity and acting as a sounding board to your internal teams.

Our team have all worked in the education sector for many years, and as a result combine our knowledge of trust leadership, HR, finance, governance and operations so that we add value as your external advisers.

With a focus on recruitment, retention and reducing workload, we partner with education sector leaders to ensure that we provide advice and support relative to your context, that adds value and reduces the workload on senior leaders. Typical work includes school trust growth and merger projects, strategic HR projects such as executive pay, pay harmonisation and external reviews, and HR/Leadership retainer services where we provide proactive advice and support on a range of issues, policy development, and strategic initiatives as well as acting as a sounding board to your internal team, adding capacity and delivering value for money.
