The CST Annual Conference 2025 will explore, through the theme of flourishing, how our school system can move from good to great to deliver excellence, inclusion and equity for all children – and the adults that support them.
Too often, public sector leaders meet and talk in silos and echo chambers. Our vision for an education system in which all can flourish calls for relationships that prioritise collaboration, social cohesion, and justice within and between our organisations, in our communities and with other public services.
Our conference sets out to widen and deepen these conversations and offer practical support for building the relationships that will bring about change and enable all children to flourish. Join us to consider fresh thinking, hear evidence, share stories of impact, and to make new connections and bonds in our collective commitment to flourishing together.
This two day event brings together 1600 school trust leaders, government, regulators, sector thinkers, and suppliers, with more than 40 speakers across our main stage and workshop events.
