Over three seminars, we’ll look at why an impactful and well delivered people strategy is fundamental to strong trusts. People expert Mandy Coalter will share a trusted framework for structuring your strategic plans and invite you to consider the culture and capacity issues on which effective strategies rise and fall. She will demonstrate why the development of people strategy should be principles-based, values-led and contextually grounded rather than template driven, and will share examples of good practice from across the sector.
