Directors of Early Years Professional Community

The Directors of Early Years Professional Community provides a forum to discuss the intent, implementation, and impact of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

The conversation helps support you to improve the quality of practice across the schools in your trust. Invited guest speakers  share the best of current research to inform practice and pedagogy. This community aims to provide you with the knowledge and support to ensure that all children get off to the best start in their educational journey.

By joining, you will open up opportunities to engage through:

  • Half-termly virtual community meetings
  • Networking with colleagues across our sector
  • Access to CST briefings and guidance.

As a member of the community, you will also gain exclusive access to our virtual platform, that you can access anytime and anywhere. On the platform you'll find resources about key knowledge areas, as well as a space to connect, learn and interact with your peers from across the country.

The professional community is facilitated by Gill Jones MBE, previously Deputy Director of Early Education and Schools at Ofsted and now leading on quality for Busy Bees Nurseries, an international early years provider.

Membership of the community is included for employees of member trusts as a benefit of CST membership. Join using the button below with your MyCST membership details.
