CST Early Years Summit 2024
Thursday 23 May 2024 - Birmingham Conference and Events Centre
If you have any other query not answered in the frequently asked questions below, please contact us at conference@cstuk.org.uk for advice.
Each full delegate place includes attendance on the day, refreshments and a buffet lunch, complimentary wi-fi, resources shared at the conference, and opportunities to join and engage with your professional community and supporters.
Tickets do not include any overnight accommodation, travel, or parking arrangements.
Wherever possible resources will be uploaded to a secure site for delegates to access after the event for a limited time. In some cases this may not be possible for copyright reasons, or where video or other interactive elements mean sharing is not practicable.
The event will take place at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre (BCEC), Hill Street, Birmingham, B5 4EW.
The venue can be contacted on 0121 634 6211 but please contact CST directly for queries about the event.
For delegates choosing to stay at the Holiday Inn next to the BCEC, the hotel has a special arrangement with the Grand Central long-stay car park next to Birmingham New Street station. Please supply your vehicle registration number and payment to the hotel front desk once you have parked. Please ensure that you remain within your parking time to avoid hefty fines for any overstay.
Other long stay car parks close to the BCEC are:
Central Birmingham is covered by a Clean Air Zone which requires drivers of certain more polluting vehicles to pay a fee. You can find details of this on the Brum Breathes website.
We want our events to be as accessible as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate any dietary or access requirements delegates may have. Details of these will be collected through the booking process, or please contact us at conference@cstuk.org.uk if you would like to discuss your specific requirements.
Our professional community events are relatively informal, but are still professional events. We recommend a dress code of smart casual or business clothes.
By booking a place at the conference, the Terms and Conditions have been accepted.
If you are no longer able to attend the event, we are happy to accept a substitute delegate from the same organisation. Please provide as much notice as possible for any name changes and contact us at conference@cstuk.org.uk - where there are any resulting dietary or other additional requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to meet these in the time available.
If neither you nor a colleague are unable to attend, we may be able to offer a full or partial refund. This depends on the amount of notice you can give, and reflects our fixed costs and potential to re-sell your place:
We may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances outside of our control. If this is necessary, we will contact you to explain the reasons for the change and the options for your booking.
Thank you to our community supporters
