The ‘trust dividend’ is the reward or added-value that individual schools receive by being part of the trust. Sir David Carter says: “The Trust Dividend is the aggregate impact of the formal collaboration that the trust leads across the schools who make up the whole – the sum of the parts in effect.”
Sir David Carter, Executive Director of System Leadership at Ambition Institute and Andrew Read CEO of DEMAT will be delivering a session at this masterclass.
This masterclass explores the concept of the Trust Dividend. Specifically, the masterclass explores methods of self-evaluation and will help participants to prepare for Ofsted’s summary evaluation. Summary evaluations are when inspectors evaluate the quality of education provided by a Trust and Trust Leaders’ contributions to this, drawing on previous inspections of individual schools within the Trust well as mechanisms for monitoring the effectiveness of their individual schools.
This masterclass is organised by CST Professional Development Ltd on behalf of the Confederation of School Trusts (CST).
