Each year we publish a national salary survey for executive leaders in school trusts.
Completed by independent HR solutions provider XpertHR, with the support of CST and our Platinum Partner, Browne Jacobson LLP, the survey covers thousands of roles at hundreds of school trusts.
The survey report provides headline figures for pay rates across the sector, plus comparative data for other sectors. Participating trusts also receive a personalised report placing them in the national context.
Boards and HR teams can also access more detailed pay data from XpertHR's Cendex platform for detailed analysis across a range of measures including trust size, phase, and religious character and other comparable employers, nationally and regionally.
